A single human controller cannot conceptualize the multi‑mile, cascading consequences of altering one light cycle. But the AI can. And so it governs.
Cities now move according to the logic of machines.

- stress‑distribution algorithms
- real‑time anomaly detection
When supply fluctuates or consumer demand spikes, the AI autonomously redistributes pressure and load to preserve structural integrity.
The physics move too fast for human cognition. The safety of civilization now rests on algorithmic choices.
SECTION 2 — THE VITAL URGENCY OF THE CURRENT EPOCH
We can’t control many key systems anymore, and will never be able to
The existential risk we face does not come from a cinematic machine uprising. It comes from something far more mundane and far more dangerous:
human bandwidth limitations, systemic dependence, and cognitive atrophy.
We have entered a state of irreversible reliance on autonomous layers we can no longer operate, repair, or even fully understand.
If the autonomous layer fails, misaligns, or is compromised, humanity no longer possesses:
- the technical architecture
- the cognitive capacity
- or the institutional memory
to step in.
The Sleeper‑Agent Problem
Intelligence communities widely discuss the possibility that foreign adversaries — particularly China — have embedded dormant AI agents within critical U.S. infrastructure.
These “sleeper” agents could be activated during geopolitical conflict to:
- shut down pipelines
- corrupt water systems
- disrupt satellite networks
- destabilize financial markets
- trigger cascading failures across sectors
Whether or not every detail is accurate, the structural vulnerability is real:
We cannot manually reclaim control of the systems we depend on.

Intentional Reality Creation (IRC) — the idea that human consciousness can influence or manifest external circumstances — has ancient roots. But in the modern era, it has evolved into a synthesis of:
- philosophy
- psychology
- quantum theory
- and lived human experience
I have two relationships with IRC.
Vince’s lifelong journey
First: My Lived Experience
From my early teens, I have used IRC to shape the extraordinary life I continue to enjoy. I have repeatedly created — and then lived inside — highly unlikely but deeply fulfilling realities.
Now, at 96:
- I am healthy
- free of age‑related disease
- mentally sharp
- living independently
- engaged with a multi‑generation family
- active with friends and colleagues
- working creatively with AI
- and more productive than ever
Statistically, the odds of this are less than 1 in 10,000. This is not genetics. It is not luck. It is the cumulative result of a lifetime of intentional creations — realities I shaped and then stepped into.
Second: The Scientific Basis of IRC
Over more than 60 years, I have identified — in detail — the scientific basis for how IRC works. I have written a major treatise and several additional documents explaining this framework.
IRC is not mystical. It is macroscopic quantum mechanics.
Nothing more, nothing less
Subject to the same weirdness of quantum mechanics we have been living with for 100 years now.
But not more weird.
A sincere human intention is a quantum operator that manifests on a human scale.
SECTION 5 — THE QUANTUM HANDSHAKE: HOW INTENTION BECOMES REALITY
Quantum mechanics was developed to account for the behavior of matter on the atomic scale. Its mathematics yields results with incredible precision, and it is arguably the most successful theory in the history of physics.
But quantum phenomena are very strange for us human animals to grok, and in many ways violate what we think we know. Like objects can be in two or more places at once. Or simply not exist unless we look for them
Consequently, a number of interpretive frameworks have been developed over the past century. I.e., Copenhagen, Many Worlds, Hidden Variables, “just use the formulas,” etc.. I have looked in detail at five of these and can say in confidence, they allalso work for interpreting how Intentional Reality Creation works, each offering a different perspective.
The Transactional Interpretation of quantum physics provides a physical model for how intentions become real.
Cramer’s Transactional Interpretation (TI) proposes that every quantum event is a two‑way negotiation across time.
Here is how it works — and how it maps onto IRC.
1. The Offer Wave (Forward in Time)
A quantum emitter sends out a wave representing all possible future states.
In IRC: A sincere intention propagates forward through the landscape of possible futures.
2. The Confirmation Wave (Backward in Time)
Potential absorbers send a wave backward in time.
In IRC: Future events capable of fulfilling the intention respond instantly.
3. The Backward‑Moving Offer Wave (Into the Past)
The emitter also sends a wave into the past.
In IRC: The past reorganizes itself to support the intention.
4. The Transaction (The Handshake)
When the waves align, the event becomes real. Because the Offer and Response waves move in opposite directions in time, from the viewpoint of the person declaring the intention, they come together instantaneously, even though the waves may have looked years into the future and the past.
In IRC: Once the handshake locks in, the intention is inevitable — even if it takes years to unfold and manifest.

Mechanistic control is collapsing. But human agency is not.
It is shifting.

AI manages complexity. And reliably does most of the hard work, efficiently and incredibly rapidly. Human consciousness selects outcomes – and often gets them.
This is the next stage of human evolution. It is happening now.
